What is a unit?
A unit is a physical space where appointments take place — a treatment chair, a consultation room, or an exam table. Your plan is billed per unit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can change plan, units or billing interval at any time. Changes apply immediately and the difference is prorated automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Your first 30 days are free, and no card is needed to start. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep access — if you don't, you won't be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoice billing is available on request for larger organisations.
